We started with an idea: we wanted to replicate food production in a way that would deliver nutrition, value and customer delight. The first manifestation of our vision is Blendid: a robot based on machine learning and artificial intelligence that creates delicious blends in a matter of minutes.
There is little as satisfying as seeing your vision become a reality. We have three active installations today and we will finish the year with a few more. Now that customers are interacting with “Chef B” – our affectionate name for our robot – we want to share more of the Blendid story with you.
